General Rules of School
- The School hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Pupils must be on the School premises at 8:30 a.m.
- To acquire greater facility in the study of English, only English should be spoken in the school premises.
- Irregular attendance, bunking class, habitual want of application, insubordination, serious misconduct even outside the school premises or any habit or behavior objectionable to the good name of the school are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a pupil.
- If a student is found using unfair means in any examination, i.e., bringing written material in any form, prompting, exchanging question papers or answer scripts, she will be given a warning letter. She will be given zero for that particular subject. If this is repeated a second time, a T.C. will be given.
- Ragging and bullying are absolutely forbidden in and around the school campus.
- Books, periodicals or newspapers of objectionable nature, obscene pictures, should not be brought to the school. All books for private reading must be submitted to the Sister in- charge for approval. Parcels and letters to the students are subjected to inspection before handing them over to the student.
- Pupils are responsible for the safe custody of their books and belongings.
- Any damage done to the school property should be made good by the pupil concerned including breaking of windows and doors, scribbling on desks, benches and walls.
- No gifts or any demonstration to the teachers are allowed without the previous consent of the school authorities. Collection for any purpose whatsoever should be sanctioned by Principal.
- Defaming the name of the school by posting pictures/ words/videos through social media (WhatsApp, facebook, instagram etc.) will be expelled.
- Chewing gum, junk food, chips packets, biscuit packets etc. are strictly prohibited.
- Indulging in stealing from friends or from the school can be dismissed from the school.
- Forging of signatures in the school diary, answer scripts, Report Cards, etc. are not allowed.
- Mobile Phones, camera, pen drive, CDs, DVDs, Ornaments or such articles are forbidden in the school campus. Such articles once caught will not be given back.
- Students who are caught for eating Gutka, Khani, Chewing pan, tobacco, in any form, smoking, intoxicating drink, etc, will be dismissed from School with prior warning, suspension and a fine of Rs.1000/- .
- Indulging in drinking, smoking and any misconduct even outside the school campus in school uniform can be dismissed from the school.
- There should be no borrowing and lending of money or exchange of goods, sale of things and any other kind of business in school among friends. If they are caught doing so, the student should return/repay the whole amount to the school.
- Every child attending the school is obliged to take part in all the co-curricular activities of the school as part of their civic training and no one will be excused except for valid reasons. No pupil will abstain from physical exercise without a doctor’s certificate.
- Parents/Guardians are not allowed to visit their children or interview teachers during school hours.
- Certificates, Recommendation letters etc. will be issued only two days after the application has been submitted in the school office.
- Being a Catholic institution, only Christian festivals are celebrated within the school campus.
- Every pupil must possess a school calendar which should be brought to school daily.
