Admission & Withdrawals
- New admission are made only to LKG. Other admissions, if any, will depend on the availability of seats and on the competence of the student.
- Students newly admitted from Class II and above will have to bring Pupil’s Cumulative Record (PCR) from the last school they attended and the mark sheet of the last annual examination.
- New students must be introduced personally by their parents or guardian who will be responsible for their regularity, conduct and fees.
- If the School Authorities think it convenient they will examine the new student and admit her in the class they are found fit for.
- When admitted in any part of the year new students should pay the admission fee, annual fee and the school fees for the whole year.
- Before withdrawing a student from the school, a month’s notice is to be given or a month’s fee in lieu of the notice.
- No transfer certificate will be issued until all dues to the school have been paid in full and that too only on the receipt of a written application from the parent or guardian.
- A fee of Rs.100/- will be charged whenever an application for
a transfer certificate or duplicate of the same is made. A fee of Rs.100/- will be charged as incidental charge, for any extract from the register.
